SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All items are shipped from Canada. If you reside in Canada, shipments go out within 1-2 business days. Orders outside of Canada will go out every Monday and Friday.
Tracking is optional for Canadian customers and any sticker orders. Orders outside of Canada are tracked by default through Chit Chats services.
We offer worldwide shipping and delivery ranges from:
- 1-5 business days nationwide
- 5-10 business days in the USA
- 10-15 business days international
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
Any in-stock items purchased along with pre-orders will not ship until the pre-orders are in hand. If you would like your in-stock items sooner, please make a separate purchase containing in-stock items only.
Pre-order pins take anywhere from 4-8 weeks for production and are subject to unexpected delays. You can follow us on instagram (@pastiyums) for pre-order updates. Refund requests for pre-orders are not accepted.
REFUND AND EXCHANGES
Once shipped, all sales are final. This means that no returns, cancellations or exchanges will be accepted after your order has been shipped*. Please read each listing carefully before purchasing.
*If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 7 days of receiving the product and include photos of the package, the damaged items and your order number. Requests for exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges are not guaranteed due to the small/limited edition size of most products.
GRADING
We aim to provide high quality pins with very little visible imperfections as much as we can. This means that since each pin is handcrafted there may be very small imperfections only visible under close inspection in some circumstances.
A Grade: Free of major defects but may contain slight imperfections that are only visible upon close-up inspection and/or from looking at the pin under certain lighting or from a specific angle. A Grade pins can contain minor manufacturing beauty marks that ranges from superficial lines to minor visual non-impactful marks that occurs during manufacturing
B Grade: Contains slight or more noticeable flaws. Examples include air bubbles, pin pricks, stray paint/glitter specs, scratches, metal plating defects (excluding backs) or low filled enamel, random specs of dirt, dust, glitter, fibers.
